Feed stock smoothly and consistently and keep your hand away from that sharp cutter with this 4-speed stock feeder from Delta. This versatile feeder mounts vertically, horizontally, and at any angle for a wide variety of feeding operations. After quick and easy setup, the unit feeds material at either 14 or 63 feet per minute with one set of gears. Or, install the second set of gears for feeding speeds of 26 or 33 fpm. A rugged drive system and continuous-duty motor powers a lubricated gear box for feeds so smooth they'll make you smile. Sturdy, fully-adjustable vertical and horizontal support columns and universal joints are equipped with either "T" or "L" locking mechanisms for stability in any mounting position. Large, easy-to-turn hand-wheels move feeders horizontally or vertically along columns. The feeder adjusts vertically from 11-1/4 to 16 inches, and horizontally from 5 to 14-3/4 inches for working with stock of various thicknesses. Should a cut go awry, a reversing motor lets you smoothly back out the material for a second run at it. Three spring-loaded, rubber feed rollers ensure a positive grip on the workpiece and no slipping.
