I haven't used this shovel myself, but my 14-year-old son enjoyed using it in the winter of 2007-2008. Because the blade is aluminum, it's not only light in weight, but I also expect it to be more durable than shovels I've used in the past (which had polycarbonate blades, and tended to crack after a while). The ergonomic handle helps prevent back strain.

I have used the shovel numerous times this winter. It is easy to use, its easy on your back and even wet snow doesn't stick to it. Its a keeper.
