You may not need it now, but when you do, it's too late if you don't already have one.

A recent hurricane caused a water leak at my home. Shutting off the water without the proper tools can be a messy, knuckle busting affair. Throw in a swarm of hungry mosquitoes coming out of the meter hole and you have an experience you will not soon forget. A gas leak would have been much worse.

Should be standard issue with every house.

Every Californian home owner needs a tool like this. It will turn off your water valve and your natural gas valve. Two of most damaging utilities after earthquakes. Prevent fires and water damage with a tool like this.
