I bought this item several years ago, sold as the True Value Hardware brand, but obviously an unmarked Fiskars item. It fits well in a pants pocket, the little latch can be operated one-handed, never has gotten dull, never has rusted, never has broken, cuts almost anything up to 1/2".
And it has the anvil pruner advantage of not slipping by or around what you're cutting.

These pruners are both a great value and a great product. They are light weight, making them easy to carry around while doing yard work. They have a double bonus of no pinch points. I would recommend these pruners to anyone who like anvil pruners.
