4 out of 5 stars Peticure is no match   March 9, 2010
Anna
This is the more economical route. I love the fact it has a rechargeable battery. My sister bought the Peticure for our other dog and she has to constantly change the batteries. I realize that this item was not made for filing dog nails, but the only con is that the dust from the nails gets in the air and you accidentally inhale it. Otherwise I would have definitely have rated it a 5. I wear one of those masks when I file my morkie's nails now to prevent inhalation and vacuum with my healthy home vac shortly after I am done.

2 out of 5 stars Dissapointing   March 6, 2010

This product is very dissapointing. I charge it for three hours and get maybe 8 mins of grinding from it. To finish a job I would need to have a least 10 charged batteries all the time.Dremel 750-02 Minimite 4.8-Volt Two-Speed Cordless Rotary Tool

1 out of 5 stars Didn't work   February 27, 2010
Oklanawan (OKC, OK)
I was waiting in eager anticipation for this product to arrive...boy was I disappointed when it did. First of all, it feels and looks cheap. I immediately charge the battery since by dogs are in dire need of a nail trimming and this is basically why I bought this tool. After inserting the battery, I turn the setting to "lO" and realized this was way too slow so I switched over to the "HI" setting and nothing...it would not even rotate. I thought perhaps I did not move the cheap feeling switch over far enough but I could not move it over any farther. I than took out the battery and reinserted it into the body and it turned on for a brief second. I realized that it would not turn on unless I had my hand pressing the bottom of the battery to make good contact! I'm in the process of returning it and will now order a Proxxon which I stumbled upon researching for another dremel. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra bucks on something else.

Extremely disappointed,
TKM

i love that this dremel charges instead of using batteries. it works well and it's not too loud.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent for Pets and other Chores   February 1, 2010
Happy Cooker (Layton U tah)
This is an excellent tool for the pet owner. It is super quiet and my Lab didn't know what hit her. It trimed her nails just like the $25 trip to the groomer. You won't be sorry you purchased it. It charges in no time and holds its charge a long time.
