I find this a great size and don't think the smaller clamps are necessary. I used it immediately to patch an auger on my feed grinder that I couldn't get anything else into position and squeeze the metal together to weld. It is much quicker to get on than a C clamp and you don't have to spend five minutes screwing it in or out. I farm and this clamp is big enough to clamp around auger tubes and equipment frames. I'll probably get another one.

we own a metal fabrication, welding, and machine shop. we use these tools everyday. they are quick and easy to use. the strength of the besey clamp is second to none. we will purchase these clamps again in the future. A+++ or 5 star. thank you
